How much is titlework? It's a common question. The rate is based
upon the sale price and/or how much the mortgage/loan is
for. Also the rates are filed with the State of Michigan, meaning that rates are
regulated by the state, not by the title company. However, since we underwrite
for three national underwriters, that gives us the advantage of offering
competitive rates and different types of products.
And we've made it easier for our customers. We've

our Underwriters.
