Huron Title Company's Fees

Escrow Fees • Title Insurance Fees

These fees listed below are our internal fees only. Be aware that there are other fees specified by lenders, brokers, real estate agencies, attorneys, etc. There are also recording fees (depending on specific county and number of pages of document to be recorded) and state & county transfer taxes.

Fees are based on type of transaction being done.

Escrow Fees

We have changed our closing fees. In an effort to assist loan officers in filling out the new GFE the following new rates are all inclusive for St. Clair, Sanilac and Macomb counties.

New Escrow fees are effective November 1, 2011

Real Estate Sale - Cash or Land Contract with Realtors or Attorneys	$150.00
Real Estate Sale FSBO - Cash with Attorneys	$300.00
Real Estate Sale FSBO - with New Mortgage	$400.00
First Mortgage w/ Realtors and/or Attorneys	$300.00
Refinance	$200.00
HELCO or 2nd Mortgage	$100.00
Closing Statements Only	$75.00
Witness & Notary Closing Only	call for quote
Overnight service for Buyer's or Seller's Packages	$25.00
Land Contract Deed in Escrow	$50.00
