Huron Title Company is an agent for two national title insurance underwriters giving us an edge on our competition.  It allows us to find the perfect product at the most competitive rate specific to your transaction.  While we operate principally in St. Clair and Sanilac Counties we have the ability to service the entire state of Michigan, and we can facilitate out of state transaction as well.

ESCROW

We offer escrow services, including full-service closings, witness & notary closings and maintenance of both Construction Escrow and Extended Escrow Services for our customers.

 

CONSTRUCTION

At Huron Title, we know how important the construction of your new home or building is to you.  When requested we assist the owner, the contractor and the Lender in making the funding from the bank both a little more secure and a little easier during the construction process.

Our Closing Fees have been updated. We have changed our closing fees.  In an effort to assist loan officers in filling out the new GFE the following new rates are all inclusive for St. Clair, Sanilac and Macomb counties
